New Ghost Recon Arriving Later This Year

Ubisoft has just announced their latest installment of Ghost Recon, offically entitled “Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Solder” to be released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 along with a release designed specifically for the Wii.
The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions have been confirmed to release simultaneously this coming winter. There were no details given about a PC version.
Developed by Ubisoft Paris, responsible for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 1 and 2, the game will feature, “cutting-edge technology, prototype high-tech weaponry, and state-of-the-art single-player and multiplayer modes.”
Multiplayer beta invitations will be bundled with the Xbox 360 release of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction, due April 16, although the beta won’t go live until this summer.
