We’ll be the first to admit, there are a veritable plethora of fantastic, must-play games coming out this holiday season.

But what if you’re feeling a bit nostalgic, don’t have a whole lot of money to blow, and want to sample some of the finest PC games ever crafted?

Valve has heard your whimpers, gentle gamer, and offers the Valve Complete Pack via Steam for a mere $99 USD.

Just as the name seems to indicate, that’s not only every game Valve has ever made, but entries in the Half-Life series Gearbox was responsible for, chiefly Blue Shift and Opposing Force. Oh yeah, and PopCap’s wildly popular puzzler Peggle Extreme.

Here’s the full roster:

  • Counter-Strike
  • Counter-Strike: Condition Zero
  • Counter-Strike: Source
  • Day of Defeat
  • Day of Defeat: Source
  • Deathmatch Classic
  • Half-Life
  • Half-Life 2
  • Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
  • Half-Life 2: Episode One
  • Half-Life 2: Episode Two
  • Half-Life 2: Lost Coast
  • Half-Life Deathmatch: Source
  • Half-Life: Blue Shift
  • Half-Life: Opposing Force
  • Half-Life: Source
  • Left 4 Dead
  • Peggle Extreme
  • Portal
  • Ricochet
  • Team Fortress 2
  • Team Fortress Classic

In my best QVC host voice: “That’s a $234 value, yours for just $99.99!”

Honestly, Left 4 Dead and the games from The Orange Box are worth more than $99 alone. Consider the rest just icing on the cake. Inexpensive and surprisingly delicious icing.

Get yourself over to the Steam Store.
