Bioware has announced that Mass Effect for the PC has gone gold.
The critically acclaimed space opera on the Xbox 360 has been treated to more than a simple port with enhancements given to the interface and inventory to take advantage of its new home. The decryption mini-game has also undergone a significant change to make it less of a chore and the downloadable extra that treated 360 players to mysterious new race and a dangerous mission, “Bring Down the Sky”, will also be free for download by PC players when the game is released on May 28th in North America, June 6th for Europe.
