Call of Duty 4 Pulls in the Numbers

Eurogamer reports that Infinity Ward producer, Mark Rubin, has revealed some interesting numbers concerning how much online play Call of Duty 4 has gotten on the 360. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.2 to 1.3 million players head into combat every day, he says, with the numbers of players on the PS3 and PC versions nothing to sneeze at, either. Topping the online charts on the 360, Call of Duty 4 has sold over seven million copies since launch and shows no signs of slowing down with a new map pack scheduled for release on April 3rd.
