Nintendo Siphoning Money Out of Pockets Via Virtual Console

A couple great old school games showed up in the Wii Channel Shop today: Harvest Moon for the Super Nintendo and Lords of Thunder for the Turbo Grafx 16 CD. Odd friends to join the party but both are considered classics by their respective fanbase. Both weigh in at 800 Wii points each.
Harvest Moon sees the player raising livestock, courting female companions, and building a farm the likes you’ve never seen. It’s a fun little game that’s spawned a growing number of sequels for every conceivable gaming platform.
Lords of Thunder sees the player taking the role of a legendary warrior as you try to stop the resurrection of Zaggart, “The Dark One”. Select weapons, armor, and items before each of the six stages to power up until Zaggart is too scared to show his face.
Looks like it’s time to whip out the old credit card and fill my Wii flash memory back up.
