Sega Delivers 12 Months of Content in NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams

According to 1UP, who had a chance to talk to Sega about NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams, you aren’t finished once you’ve beaten the game. In fact, there are 12 months worth of content locked away in the My Dreams part of the game, the part of the game where you raise your A-LIFE creatures.
Each month holds a new secret, with January showcasing the Nightopians’ New Year celebration, complete with fireworks every hour after midnight on the 1st of January. February pertains to the Chinese New Year; March is all about carnivals, so they wear masks for the occasion; April is all about roses and passion; May is Boy’s Festival in Japan so the Nightopians celebrate with carp streamers; June is wedding month, so they hold flower baskets and bouquets; and July is all about bull running.
The fun continues into August, where they serenade you with musical instruments; September is the celebration of autumn with full moon paper fans; October is Halloween so they dress as witches complete with pumpkin lanterns; November is Thanksgiving; and December is Christmas, so they will dress up like Santa, sing songs, and let off fireworks around a big Christmas tree.
Since this all works around your Wii Calendar, you can change the date to experience all of the festivities without waiting for all 12 months to pass. Be warned, the Wii calendar resets itself to the proper date if you log online with it.
If anything, this gives you another excuse to pop the game in one more time.
