EA’s recently announced sci-fi survival action title Dead Space will be making its way to the PC, EA confirmed to Eurogamer today.

The game was previously only announced for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Executive producer Glen Schofield also revealed that this title is only the first installment in an ongoing franchise and the team already has plans for continuing the story arc in a sequel.

Schofield also detailed various aspects of the game, including the limited HUD, emphasis on using gravity (or lack thereof) in puzzle solving, and why the team is focusing on singleplayer only.

The game is due out on all three platforms this fall.
