Smash Bros. Brawl Pushed Back To March 9th

Nintendo has once again delayed their highly anticipated Wii game, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, this time pushing the release date back to March 9. The game was originally scheduled for a December 2007 release date when it was first announced but it was moved back to February 10.

Due to delays in the completion of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, we’ve had to change the release date of the game to Sunday, March 9th. I deeply apologize to the people who have looked forward to playing the game for so long and ask that you hold on just a little longer. Thank you for your patience.

The game has also been delayed in Japan, but only for an extra week. It will now be released on January 31 instead of January 24.
