Xbox Evolved is reporting that thanks to a deal worked out between all license holders, N64 classics Goldeneye 007, Perfect Dark and Banjo Kazooie will be released for Xbox Live Arcade.

Goldeneye 007 will supposedly be released shortly after the new Goldeneye game, which is being developed by Activision. It will feature updated graphics and multiplayer over Xbox Live. The site also reports that Rare is further examining their back catalog for more potential XBLA games. Killer Instinct, anyone?
