New Team Fortress 2 Maps, Updates Incoming

A member of NeoGAF named “Shamrock” was curious to know whether or not Valve has any new update plans for the Xbox 360 iteration of Team Fortress 2. So he did what every earnest gaming consumer should do and went to the source for information, submitting an email to Valve demanding answers.
Kerry Davis, a software engineer at Valve’s Xbox 360 development team, responded with good news. Turns out, a new TF2 360 update was recently submitted to Microsoft for certification and is planned for release before Christmas. The update “fixes several game-play exploits, improves bandwidth usage, improves stats reporting, and fixes some menu bugs.” Most of the changes were collected directly from in-game player feedback.
The team is also developing several new maps for both the Xbox 360 and PC. They’ll be released on the PC as they’re individually completed and as a single downloadable pack on the Xbox 360 when they’re all done.
