‘Sin City: The Game’ Gets Top-Notch Team

Red Mile Entertainment, whose past credits include WWII flight combat sim Heroes of the Pacific and modern-day obnoxious drunkard sim Jackass: The Game, has been working on a game based upon Frank Miller’s beloved graphic novel series Sin City for some time now. It announced today that game and animation veteran Flint Dille will lead the design, scripting, story, and general production of Sin City: The Game (working title). Previously, Dille has had input in both Starbreeze’s The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay and Dead To Rights. In addition (and most promisingly), Dille is a close personal friend of Miller.

Said Dille:

“Frank and I have been having a party coming up with nasty stuff for the game. In true Sin City fashion, some old characters will return, new characters will appear and – without giving anything away – probably die horribly. It’s great to be working with the Red Mile team on this project: They clearly share Frank’s and my commitment to bringing a new and true Sin City to interactive life.”

Speaking of Starbreeze, Sin City’s development will also be helped along by Union Entertainment, which saw success working alongside Starbreeze on this year’s The Darkness. Union was the team to originally generate concepts for a Sin City game, sparking interest from Miller, and was central in setting up the Sin City project with Red Mile.

Very little else is known about the game, but we hope to bring you more details as soon as possible.
