Digital Life 2007: Valve’s Orange Box TV Spot

Orange Box TV Ad

Valve will be running its first-ever TV spots in the coming months to promote The Orange Box, due out October 10 for the PC and Xbox 360. The commercial debuted at Digital Life today and lucky for you, I was standing by with my trusty Canon A620 in-hand. Sure, the quality isn’t great. But it’s something to hold you over until you manage to catch it on TV.

Note how the robotic announcer casually declares it “the best game of all time.” We know better than to argue with robots.

“We know better than to argue with robots.” yeah, but portal looks fupping awesome. Team Fortress 2 looks like a great multiplayer game too. This will be so much better than Halo Tree.
