Eidos’ much-hyped buddy shooter Kane and Lynch: Dead Men, is set to launch in North American retail outlets on November 20 for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.

In addition to what has been promised as a single player game featuring a story straight out of the cinemas, the title features split-screen cooperative play and eight-person online multiplayer.

The game features stiff competition in the month of November; Assassin’s Creed, Unreal Tournament 3, Haze, Army of Two, Mass Effect, and Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune will all likely see releases during that month.

Developer IO Interactive is best known for its much beloved Hitman and Freedom Fighters games.
